Do you eat steak and eggs for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? I enjoy eating steak and eggs during breakfast.
My steak and egg recipe is a great way to up your protein intake.
Now, I’m a little diva with my famous perfectly cooked steak and egg recipe. I like to add caviar (ooh, how fancy).
Now, this is a high-protein meal, so I recommend this meal to people who are trying to gain lbs and who
love to work out.
I separate the egg yolk and only use egg white but the choice is yours.
I add caviar instead of salt.
My potatoes should have cooked for a few more minutes.

Ingredients
3 eggs, separate yolk (optional)
Diced Potatoes (white)
Filet Mignon Beef
Caviar
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
Directions
Prep your potatoes first, by cutting them, tossing them in oil, and seasoning with salt pepper, onion & garlic powder. Once done, place potatoes in a medium-high skillet, a drizzle of oil, and cook for 20-35 mins.
When the potatoes are close to done, grab another skillet and prep your beef. add salt and pepper to the beef, and cook on medium-high.
For medium rare (5-6 mins) for medium ( 6-7 mins) add one minute for medium well and 2-3 more mins for well done, if you would like a very rare to rare beef, cook for 4 mins.
Once potatoes and beef are done cooking, let them rest for 5-10 mins. While resting, cook your egg whites for 3-5 mins on medium heat since eggs cook fast.
After your meal is done cooking, place food onto a plate, put caviar on top of eggs, add a pinch of salt to your filet mignon, add parsley to your potatoes and serve! 🍾
