Lamb chops, Lobster tails, Asparagus, & Potatoes
A romantic dinner at home for 2.
What a delicious meal I prepared.
My Surf & Turf is a special occasion dish that is celebrated on anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, and any other special occasion.
Now, if you’re like me who celebrates every day then this Surf and Turf is your normal go-to.
I like to pair my surf and turf with a glass of white wine.
I’m pretty light on seasoning my food. It’s my personal preference to not destroy the taste of my “famous surf and turf” 👩🏾🍳
I cooked the lamb chops at a pretty high temperature. You can tell by the photo and video I uploaded, even though it’s cooked pretty high, the taste was phenomenal.
2 Lobster Tails
Bag of Russett Potatoes
1 bunch of thin Asparagus
2 tbs Paprika
3 tbsp Butter
2 tbs Thyme
2 tbsp Oregano
3 tbs Garlic
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut potatoes in half, toss in avocado oil, and place potatoes in a 6-inch pan, season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and garlic
Once the oven is done preheating, place potatoes in for 40 mins or until tender.
Trim and cut the ends of asparagus, toss in avocado oil, season with salt, pepper, and paprika (If you like a kick) place in a 400-degree oven for 10 mins, then wrap until ready to serve.
Prep lobster by cutting along the middle and separating the meat from the shell, combine butter, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, garlic, and lemon juice (optional), place the shell on a baking sheet, and place in the oven for 10-12 mins.
Season lamb chops with butter, garlic, thyme, salt, & pepper, place in a skillet over a med-high stove and cook for 3-5 min (Medium) 5-7 min (Medium well) on each side.
Say Grace and enjoy!
